� We Are Hiring – Business Development Executive (BDE) � Location: Qatar Job Summary We are hiring an experienced Business Development Executive to join our Qatar office. The candidate will drive new business, manage client relationships, and expand our presence across key industries, with a focus on the Recruitment & Staffing industry. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Qatar market Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Generate leads, conduct meetings, and close business deals Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth Conduct market research and competitor analysis Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and site visits

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Experience & Skills 2–5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales Experience in Recruitment, Staffing, or Manpower Outsourcing preferred Strong negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients Result-oriented with strong business acumen Mandatory Requirements Valid Qatar Driving License (Mandatory) � Must be currently in Qatar or willing to relocate
