Business Development Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at BOT Consulting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and promoting our consulting and advisory services across the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company s client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and opportunities.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of consulting services.
• Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and business meetings.
• Prepare regular reports on business development activities, pipeline, and performance.

Qualifications & Skills

• MBA or Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2 3 years of UAE experience in the Consulting & Advisory sector.
• Strong understanding of the UAE business and regulatory landscape.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability in sales, negotiation, and business growth.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
