Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Onboard New clients, KYC, Closings.
- Identify, develop, and manage new business relationships with Individual Clients, IBs (Introducing Brokers), affiliates, fund managers, and white label partners.
- Promote the company’s products and services to new and existing clients through a variety of business development strategies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs for client acquisition, revenue generation, and partner onboarding.
- Represent the brokerage at industry events, trade shows, webinars, and networking opportunities.
- Provide ongoing support to partners and clients to ensure long-term collaboration and satisfaction.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to optimize business strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in sales or business development within the Forex/CFD/Binary Options industry.
- Strong network of contacts in the forex or financial trading space.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of forex trading platforms (MetaTrader 4/5), trading conditions, and market trends.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Fluency in English+Arabic (additional languages are a plus).
