Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the recruitment and staffing industry
  • Pitch recruitment services to potential clients across sectors (contract/permanent hiring)
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth
  • Understand client hiring needs and tailor recruitment solutions accordingly
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction
  • Achieve revenue and growth targets through strategic business development initiatives
  • Attend client meetings (in-person or virtual), prepare proposals, and close deals
  • Maintain CRM and provide regular reporting on sales pipeline and forecasts

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in business development / client acquisition within recruitment, staffing, or HR services

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, client onboarding, and service delivery

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently

  • Strong existing network of HR decision-makers is a plus

  • Open to flexible or project-based engagement models

  • Immediate joiners preferred
