Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the recruitment and staffing industry
- Pitch recruitment services to potential clients across sectors (contract/permanent hiring)
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth
- Understand client hiring needs and tailor recruitment solutions accordingly
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction
- Achieve revenue and growth targets through strategic business development initiatives
- Attend client meetings (in-person or virtual), prepare proposals, and close deals
- Maintain CRM and provide regular reporting on sales pipeline and forecasts
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in business development / client acquisition within recruitment, staffing, or HR services
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, client onboarding, and service delivery
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
Strong existing network of HR decision-makers is a plus
Open to flexible or project-based engagement models
