Job Summary

We are seeking two dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executives to join our growing team at Horizon Motors. The ideal candidates must have a proven track record in the UAE automotive service sector, specifically in securing fleet contracts, Bodyshop services, and corporate maintenance deals. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive client acquisition, identifying new market opportunities, building client network. Must be able to perform under pressure to generate sales & revenue link directly with receivables from the market

Key Responsibilities

• Market Expansion: Identify and target potential B2B clients, including transport companies, corporate fleets, insurance providers, private elite individuals and government entities.

• Lead Generation: Proactively hunt for new business through cold calling, networking, and site visits to industrial and commercial hubs.

• Strategic Partnerships: Negotiate and finalize Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Annual Maintenance Contracts (HPMC).

• Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for corporate accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Collaboration: Coordinate with the technical team (Senior Technicians and Workshop Managers) to provide accurate service quotations and technical proposals to clients.

• Reporting: Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide weekly reports on lead conversion, market trends, and competitor activity.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Industry Experience: Minimum 3–4 years of experience specifically within the Automotive Service/Bodyshop industry in the UAE.

• Licensing: Must possess a valid UAE Manual/Automatic Driving License.

• Age: Maximum 35 years.

• Communication: Excellent command of English (Verbal & Written). Ability to speak Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a significant advantage.

• Nationality: Open to all nationalities.

• Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and "closing" skills. Must be comfortable working with targets and incentives.
