Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
* Develop, manage, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients * Identify potential clients and generate quality leads through various channels * Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close business deals * Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets * Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up documentation as required * Collaborate closely with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility * Create engaging short-form content such as **Instagram reels and videos** to support marketing activities * Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry gatherings to expand the client base * Track and report sales performance, pipeline updates, and lead status * Represent Hello Media 360 professionally during client interactions and onsite visits * Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and media industry developments
Desired Candidate Profile
Native speakers** of Arabic, Russian, or English (multilingual advantage)
* Strong communication skills with confidence in client-facing roles
* Proven sales/business development experience within Dubai
* Ability to identify opportunities, build rapport, and close deals effectively
* Skilled in creating social media content, especially reels and short videos.
* Presentable, well-spoken, and able to represent the company professionally
* Highly motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working under pressure
* Strong understanding of Dubai’s market dynamics and business culture
* Immediate joiner — must be available to start right away
* Team player with strong negotiation, interpersonal, and time-management skills
* Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM tools, basic editing apps, and communication platforms ---
