Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join Ozland Services. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base, driving revenue growth, and strengthening market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital channels
Prepare proposals, presentations, and service offerings tailored to client needs
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
2–4 years of experience in business development or sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and achieve targets
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
