Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all current vendor and client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Identify and approach potential new vendors to register, open their rental shop and offer their products on RentAnythings.com.
- Develop and execute strategies to onboard new vendor clients and drive sales.
- Represent RentAnythings.com at networking events, trade shows, and industry gatherings.
- Monitor client satisfaction and implement strategies to improve retention rates.
- Provide clients with regular updates on platform developments and new features.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in rentals, business development, or sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects while paying attention to detail.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
