Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all current vendor and client accounts.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.
• Handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
• Identify and approach potential new vendors to register, open their rental shop and offer their products on RentAnythings.com.
• Develop and execute strategies to onboard new vendor clients and drive sales.
• Represent RentAnythings.com at networking events, trade shows, and industry gatherings.
• Monitor client satisfaction and implement strategies to improve retention rates.
• Provide clients with regular updates on platform developments and new features.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in rentals, business development, or sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects while paying attention to detail.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
