Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

Vacancy: Project Engineer – Mechanical Key Responsibilities: • Independently able to develop BOQ and quotation based on site visit and drawings for HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical works • Able to prepare Auto-CAD drawings for HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical Works • Supervise and coordinate all technicians on-site construction activities, including the management of subcontractors and site teams. • Drive team performance and productivity to meet project timelines and quality standards. • Ensure strict compliance with construction safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and emergency procedures. • Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications to ensure accurate and compliant execution. • Monitor site progress and workforce performance, enforcing quality control and corrective actions where necessary. • Mentor and train team members to build skills and improve efficiency , ensuring the workforce is well-prepared for future projects.
