Results-driven Business Development / Sales Executive to join our team. This role is critical in actively prospecting new business opportunities in the UAE and KSA markets while converting marketing-generated leads into long-term client partnerships while. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in manpower services, staffing solutions, or business services, understands workforce outsourcing models, and can effectively communicate value propositions to C-level and procurement decision-makers. This is a performance-based role with an attractive commission structure.

· Proactively identify and create new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and market research · Convert marketing-generated leads into qualified opportunities and closed deals. · Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing and client onboarding. · Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in HR, Procurement, and Operations. · Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with focus on both white-collar and blue-collar outsourcing as well as direct hire segments
