Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Implement the country sales strategy effectively at both channel and portfolio levels.

Collaborate with local teams to achieve business objectives and ensure target delivery.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster sales growth and enhance customer retention.

Actively track competitor activities and proactively implement counter-measures as needed.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance.

Provide regular reporting on pricing, sales performance, and in-market stock levels.

Monitor and manage the sales budget, ensuring expenditures align with allocated resources.

Entrepreneurial mindset

Strong capabilities in channel management

Excellent analytical skills

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success working specifically within Oman.

Experience managing distributor sales teams is essential.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and provide actionable insights.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
