Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Market Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and target potential clients across GCC countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain)

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, and networking

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and competitor landscape

Client Acquisition & Sales

  • Conduct virtual product demos and sales presentations

  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure

  • Negotiate commercial terms and finalize contracts

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with enterprise and SMB clients

  • Ensure smooth onboarding in coordination with product and operations teams

  • Drive repeat business, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities

Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts

  • Prepare weekly sales reports and pipeline updates

  • Collaborate with marketing for region-specific campaigns and lead generation initiatives

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS/IT/Technology sales

  • Experience handling international clients, preferably GCC markets

  • Strong English communication skills (Arabic knowledge is a plus)

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills

  • Ability to work across time zones and manage international clients

  • Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in selling automation, AI, CRM, fintech, or digital solutions

  • Prior exposure to GCC compliance/business environment

Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and outbound sales strategies
