Roles & Responsibilities

As a Business Development Executive, you ll be the driving force behind our sales growth identifying new opportunities, nurturing relationships, and closing impactful deals. From conducting market research to delivering persuasive presentations, you ll play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and Engage: Proactively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

Research and Analyze: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.

Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, offering customized solutions that meet their goals.

Present and Persuade: Arrange and lead client meetings, showcasing the value proposition of Future Group s services through engaging presentations.

Negotiate and Close: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns.

Stay Ahead: Keep up with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to identify new growth opportunities.

Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams to share insights, gather feedback, and enhance overall service delivery.

Track Performance: Maintain accurate sales reports and regularly review progress toward targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

Location: Must be based in Saudi Arabia.

Language Skills: Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Accent Requirement: A native Saudi Arabic accent is essential this is critical for effective communication within the local market.

Experience: 1-2 years of B2B sales experience.

Governmental Experience: Prior experience working with government entities in KSA is a strong advantage.

Personal Qualities: Professional, energetic, optimistic, and committed, with a strong drive to succeed.
