Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Outbound Sales: Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to promote du telecom services.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential business opportunities and sales leads.

Customer Engagement: Handle client queries professionally and provide tailored telecom solutions. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong rapport with customers to ensure retention. Pipeline Tracking: Manage and update the CRM with daily call activities and follow-ups.

Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales KPIs and performance goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

Spouse Visa holders preferred

Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi/Arabic/Filipino/Malayalam is essential

Experience: Prior experience in Telecom or Banking is preferred (Freshers welcome).

Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and basic MS Office/CRM skills.

Mindset: Self-motivated, results-driven, and a passion for sales.
