Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with beauty retailers, spas, salons, and influencers to expand brand presence and reach new customer segments.
- Develop and execute targeted business development strategies to drive sales growth, market share, and brand awareness within the beauty industry.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify new business opportunities and inform product development.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field to establish a foundational understanding of business principles.
- Holds a minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the beauty industry to demonstrate industry expertise.
- Exhibits a strong understanding of beauty products, trends, and the competitive landscape to effectively position the brand.
- Demonstrates exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to build relationships and close deals.
