Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial, residential, and industrial maintenance sectors.
Promote the company’s full range of maintenance and facility management services to potential clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, consultants, and facility managers.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activities. Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients in coordination with the management team.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through proactive lead generation and follow-ups. Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer records.
Represent the company in meetings, site visits, and networking events to enhance visibility and market presence.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of UAE experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the maintenance or facility management industry.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Good knowledge of maintenance services including MEP, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and civil works.
Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
Proactive, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
