Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the company s business growth strategy by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue across key markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new markets, clients, and partnership opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Lead proposal development, negotiations, and contract closures.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies.
- Mentor and guide the business development team to achieve objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
- Bachelor s or master s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
- Proven track record in achieving revenue targets and managing key accounts.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Industry-specific experience preferred
