Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
· Sales Team Enhancement: Analyze, optimize, and improve existing sales team performance through strategic
assessment, process refinement, and implementation of best practices.
· B2B Platform Launch Leadership: Drive the successful launch and promotion of our new B2B digital platform,
creating market awareness and establishing operational frameworks for platform adoption.
· Strategic Customer Engagement: Build and maintain high-level relationships with renowned chefs,
procurement heads, and hospitality group executives across the GCC region.
· Market Intelligence & Innovation: Provide strategic insights on HoReCa market trends, customer needs, and
competitive landscape to guide business development initiatives.
· Cross-functional Collaboration: Work directly with CEO-level leadership and collaborate with high-
performance team members from prestigious backgrounds including McKinsey, Danone, and other leading
organizations.
General Duties/ Key Responsibilities:
· Sales Performance Analysis: Conduct comprehensive evaluation of current sales processes, identify
improvement opportunities, develop hypotheses, and implement tested solutions for enhanced team performance.
· Digital Platform Strategy: Shape the development direction of our B2B platform, create go-to-market strategies,
and establish operational processes that support platform scaling across the region.
· Client Onboarding to the Platform: Drive the successful adoption of our B2B digital platform by onboarding
new clients, managing the sales process, and ensuring a smooth transition to the platform.
· Executive Relationship Management: Engage with C-level executives, celebrity chefs, and procurement
directors in major hospitality groups, presenting solutions that meet their specific operational needs.
· Marketing Campaign Development: Design and execute marketing initiatives to promote platform adoption,
working with allocated budgets and measuring campaign effectiveness.
· Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities within the HoReCa sector, assess market potential, and
develop strategic approaches to capture emerging opportunities.
· Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior leadership on platform adoption metrics, sales team
improvements, and market development progress.
· Team Development Support: Mentor and guide sales team members, sharing industry insights and best practices
to elevate overall team performance.
Other Duties & Responsibilities
· Achieve growth targets through strategic sales team management and platform promotion
· Meet planned objectives for both team optimization and platform launch initiatives
· Coordinate with product development team on platform features and functionality
· Represent Suma Gourmet at industry events, trade shows, and executive meetings
· Develop and maintain professional relationships with key industry stakeholders
· Create detailed business development reports and market analysis documentation
· Support recruitment and onboarding of additional sales team members when needed

Desired Candidate Profile
Education and Experience:
· Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or related discipline
· Experience: Minimum 3 years in HoReCa business development, sales management, or related field
· Industry Knowledge: Proven experience working with restaurants, hotels, and food service
establishments
· Professional Presence: Demonstrated ability to interact confidently with celebrity chefs, hospitality
executives, and procurement heads
· Language: Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
· Additional: Experience with digital platforms, marketing campaigns, or startup environments
preferred
