Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Specialist with solid experience in the construction sector to support business growth and expansion initiatives. This role requires strong coordination between Sales and Engineering teams to ensure alignment, operational integration, and maximum revenue performance.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure new business opportunities within the construction market
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners
Follow up on proposals and support closing of deals
Monitor sales performance and drive higher revenue achievement
Coordinate closely with the engineering team to ensure seamless integration between sales and project execution
Support company expansion strategies and performance development
Prepare structured reports on pipeline and growth performance
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in the construction or contracting sector
Valid UAE Residence Visa (mandatory)
Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
Currently residing in Ajman or nearby areas
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset
