Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute business growth strategies. Acquire new corporate and government clients. Build strategic partnerships and sales channels. Increase fleet utilization and branch profitability. Identify expansion opportunities (new branches/service centers). Grow the maintenance division into a profit center. Secure fleet and corporate maintenance contracts. Analyze market trends, competitors, and pricing. Improve customer experience and operational performance. Prepare business reports, budgets, and growth plans. Lead and manage business development activities and teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Professional certifications in business development are a plus.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Minimum 7 years in Business Development or Commercial Management.
- Preferably within car rental, fleet management, or maintenance industries.
- Experience in commercial partnerships and contract negotiations.
- Saudi/GCC market experience is preferred.
