Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, and outreach activities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and negotiations.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue target.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Customer Service, Marketing) to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline updates.
- Prepare regular reports on business development performance and forecasts.
- Represent the company at meetings, events, and industry forums when required.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
