Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Develop and implement effective business development strategies
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and sales reports
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in business development, specifically in the advertising production industry
Strong understanding of market trends and client needs in digital printing, signage, and event installations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Strong organizational and time management skills
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
