Role – BD for WhatsApp for Business
Type - Outsourcing
Contract - 12 Months Extendable
Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead the growth of our WhatsApp for Business product. This role involves identifying business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving the adoption of WhatsApp as a key communication tool for businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
· Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the messaging service landscape.
· Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, clients, and industry stakeholders to promote WhatsApp for Business solutions.
· Feature Development: Work with product development team to ensure implementation of new WhatsApp for Business features
· Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.
· Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
· Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align business goals and strategies.

· Reporting: Monitor and report on business development metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. · Training & Development: Educate internal teams and clients about the capabilities and benefits of WhatsApp for Business.
