Roles & Responsibilities

AYC (a House of Amridhan brand) is GCC’s first F&B-as-Media Network, building a new commercial layer for the F&B ecosystem. AYC will help merchants turn everyday touchpoints into value, revenue, and long-term partnerships. We are looking for a high-energy, street-smart F&B sales operator who has sold into cafés, restaurants, cloud kitchens, and QSRs at scale in Dubai and knows how to get deals closed and outlets live.

Responsibilities

1. F&B Merchant Acquisition (Core Role) Sell AYC directly to F&B merchants across Dubai and UAE. Onboard cafés, restaurants, bakeries, cloud kitchens, cafeterias and small-to-mid chains at scale. Pitch AYC’s value proposition clearly, confidently, and commercially to owners, GMs, and ops heads. Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close onboarding agreements.

2. Merchant Onboarding & Activation Own the full onboarding journey: documentation, setup, coordination with respective teams. Ensure merchants move from “signed” to “live” quickly and cleanly. Act as the main point of contact during onboarding and early activation.

3. Channel Partner–Led Merchant Sales Work with AYC channel partners to onboard merchants through their networks. Train partners on AYC’s pitch and merchant value story. Track partner performance and pipeline contribution.

4. Scale, Speed & Execution Manage a high-volume pipeline with clear weekly and monthly targets. Cover multiple zones in Dubai efficiently and independently. Maintain clean CRM hygiene and reporting.

5. Merchant Intelligence & Feedback Bring back real-time insights from merchants: objections, pricing feedback, feature asks. Help refine pitch decks, onboarding flows, and GTM messaging based on ground reality.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-5 years experience selling into F&B merchants in the UAE, preferably Dubai. Proven experience onboarding 50-200+ outlets per year in a previous role. Backgrounds that fit perfectly: Food delivery platforms (Zomato, Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, Noon Food) POS & SaaS for restaurants (Foodics, POSRocket, Oracle Micros, ChatFood) F&B suppliers or distributors Loyalty, payments, or merchant-tech platforms Deep familiarity with: How café and restaurant owners think Merchant economics and margins Decision-makers in F&B outlets UAE market experience is mandatory. Skills That Matter

Exceptional communication and persuasion skills. Ability to explain value quickly to time-poor merchant owners. Strong objection-handling and negotiation ability. Comfortable with field sales, zone coverage, and daily merchant visits. Highly organised, self-driven, and target-focused. Can work independently with minimal supervision.
