A leading Facilities Management company in Dubai is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team
Desired Candidate Profile
Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Facilities Management sector Generate leads and build strong client relationships across UAE Handle client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations Prepare commercial proposals, tenders, and pricing submissions Coordinate with operations and technical teams for smooth project execution Achieve sales targets and contribute towards company growth Maintain strong knowledge of FM services including hard and soft services Conduct market research and competitor analysis Build long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors Experience in Facilities Management industry in UAE is mandatory
