We re hiring a Business Development Manager for our MENA team. Someone with a strong local network, commercial instinct, and the drive to turn opportunities into long-term partnerships.If you re proactive, commercially driven, and comfortable opening conversations with CEOs and marketing leaders keep reading!
What will you do?- Actively identify and generate new business opportunities across Cairo and Egypt
- Build relationships with local brands, companies, and decision-makers
- Book and lead in-person client meetings
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Own and hit revenue targets
- Understand client challenges and propose tailored marketing solutions
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and keep all activities updated in HubSpot
- Represent Business Factory on the local market and help grow our MENA presence
- 5+ years in B2B sales / marketing / agency environment
- Strong network in the Egyptian market
- Proven outbound & closing skills
- Strategic thinking + commercial mindset
- Arabic & English fluency
- Experience with HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Ads & Analytics is a plus
