We re hiring a Business Development Manager for our MENA team. Someone with a strong local network, commercial instinct, and the drive to turn opportunities into long-term partnerships.If you re proactive, commercially driven, and comfortable opening conversations with CEOs and marketing leaders keep reading!

What will you do?
  • Actively identify and generate new business opportunities across Cairo and Egypt
  • Build relationships with local brands, companies, and decision-makers
  • Book and lead in-person client meetings
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Own and hit revenue targets
  • Understand client challenges and propose tailored marketing solutions
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and keep all activities updated in HubSpot
  • Represent Business Factory on the local market and help grow our MENA presence
What are we looking for?
  • 5+ years in B2B sales / marketing / agency environment
  • Strong network in the Egyptian market
  • Proven outbound & closing skills
  • Strategic thinking + commercial mindset
  • Arabic & English fluency
  • Experience with HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Ads & Analytics is a plus
