Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


Develop and execute strategies to expand the company’s footprint in KSA.

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and commercial offers.

Lead prequalification and vendor registration processes.

Review RFQs, prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams.

Negotiate terms and close contracts in line with company profitability targets.

Monitor contract performance and identify upselling opportunities.

Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and reports in CRM systems.

Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market intelligence.

Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes affecting the industrial services sector.

Desired Candidate Profile


Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

8–12+ years of experience in business development within Oil & Gas or Industrial Services in KSA.

Strong understanding of Saudi market regulations and procurement processes.

Proven track record of securing contracts with major operators and EPCs.
