We re Hiring: Business Development Manager

Location: On-Site Mansourieh, Lebanon

Working Hours: Full-Time | 8-Hour Shift | Monday to Friday

Type: In-Office Role | Direct Client Placement


We re looking for a sharp, ambitious Business Development Manager to join our client s team and help drive growth, build partnerships, and close deals. This role is fully on-site at our Mansourieh office ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You ll play a key role in identifying new opportunities, engaging potential clients, and supporting the company s overall sales and expansion strategy.


What You ll Be Doing:

- Identify and reach out to potential business leads

- Develop strong relationships with prospects and partners

- Set meetings, conduct sales calls, and guide leads through the sales pipeline

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and client satisfaction

- Track all activity, maintain pipeline visibility, and report progress weekly

- Stay proactive, goal-oriented, and focused on achieving targets


You re a Fit If You:

- Have 2 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles

- Are confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers

- Communicate professionally in English (spoken and written)

- Are motivated, results-driven, and proactive

- Live within commuting distance to Mansourieh, Lebanon and available to work full-time on-site

- Bonus if you ve worked in a startup, agency, or B2B environment before
