Roles & Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Qatar-Oman Development Director, the Commercial Affairs Officer (M/F) will contribute to the commercial development of DCI activities in the country.

Your main responsibilities:

Development: Assist the Development Director in preparing and submitting proposals related to the cooperation plan:

Supports customer relations for simple tasks during the offer preparation/follow-up and validation processes;

Transmission/coordination with branches and preparation of simple offers with the Offer Development/Production Department;

Tracking and archiving of offers;

Billing: support for monitoring billing and invoice payments, in relation to projects, DCI headquarters, Qatari general staff and financial services;

Marketing: monitoring and updating of printed catalogues and classified ads, in preparation for their distribution to customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

Holding a Master's degree (Master 2) in International Relations and/or Security/Defense, ideally from ISAD (Institut Supérieur de l'Armement et de la Défense) - Université Assas, you have initial experience in the Defense sector. This position is for you if: You are rigorous, methodical, and know how to prioritize your tasks; You have a genuine interest in marketing, business, and finance issues within the Defense and Defense Industry; You enjoy working in a multicultural environment; Your English is professional, and you are proficient in computer skills.
