Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Setting strategic goals for management in coordination with the CEO, such as expanding into new markets, developing new products or projects, or increasing market share.
- Define the department's operational goals and ensure that they are related to the company's strategic goals, and ensure that the team understands its role in achieving them.
- Develop policies, procedures, and operational processes that ensure the achievement of marketing goals.
- Manage the marketing budget in cooperation with the financial department and ensure effective distribution among the different units.
- Conducting research and studies to follow the latest technologies and trends, and providing recommendations on innovative solutions for product development and marketing.
- Develop detailed methodologies to achieve strategic goals, such as product innovation, pricing strategies, or cost reduction.
- Conducting comprehensive studies of target markets and analyzing customer needs to seize opportunities and provide the right products and services.
- Analyze market and performance data and guide marketing strategies based on the results of the analysis.
- Prepare risk studies and competitor analysis to develop effective risk management and threat avoidance plans.
- Identify potential new markets and develop appropriate entry strategies based on market and competitor analysis.
- Enhance your presence in existing markets through expansion plans and market share performance.
- Manage and develop new products from the idea stage to design and launch, while optimizing existing products based on market needs, sales analysis, and customer feedback.
- Developing brands, portfolio of projects and products to raise the level of the company's presence and reputation in the market.
- Building and developing the commercial identity in cooperation with the concerned units, and approving the identity manual and supervising its compliance in all publications.
- Create and manage marketing content that reflects the identity of brands and enhances their image with customers and partners.
- Collaborate with other departments (sales, finance, e-commerce, supply chain) to share market information, campaign plans and achieve integration.
- Collaborate with the finance department to review the costs and profitability of products and categories, and provide proposed improvements.
- Coordinate with the customer service unit to analyze complaints related to products and work to improve them.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly, and seasonal marketing plans (products, offers, advertisements).
- Executing marketing campaigns and events including setting goals, coordinating with other units, following up on implementation in the field, and ensuring the desired marketing impact is achieved.
- Lead digital marketing activities and strategies including digital platform marketing, email marketing, content marketing, search engine optimization (SEO/SEM), and sponsored advertising management, while continuously monitoring digital analytics and improving performance, developing digital marketing methods and relying on modern technologies.
- Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and promotional events, report results, and measure ROI
- Developing loyalty programs for customers and partners.
- Develop strategies and standards for displaying products within outlets to enhance the customer experience and increase sales conversion rates.
- Oversee the implementation of presentation methods, analyze their impact on sales, and make continuous improvement decisions.
- Create seasonal display concepts related to campaigns and product launches to support purchasing decisions.
- Participate in expansion and growth plans by collaborating with the sales department and providing the necessary support.
- Provide strategic direction to the team to improve campaign efficiency and maximize marketing return.
- Ensure the integration of marketing activities with product launches and sales plans.
- Public Relations Management by developing and implementing marketing plans that contribute to improving the company's image and enhancing awareness of it, including managing media crises and coordinating with the media for positive coverage.
- Manage relationships with influencers, advertisers, brand ambassadors, and marketing service providers, ensure their adherence to the company's messages and identity, and evaluate their performance.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, engagement, conversions, and average order value, track campaign results,and make development recommendations.

- Manage and develop the work team by guiding, following up, and enhancing their capabilities to achieve the Department's goals.
- Participate in recruitment processes and select appropriate competencies through job descriptions, interviews, and candidate evaluations.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports to senior management on the performance of the Department, the results achieved, and future challenges.
- Perform any other tasks that fall within the scope of the Department's work.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
+five years of experience in business development or brand management.
Extensive background in marketing strategies, product development, and category management.
