Roles & Responsibilities

We are hiring an experienced Business Development Manager for the KSA construction market. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in client acquisition, proposal management, revenue growth, and strategic business expansion within the construction sector.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction industry
  • Open new client accounts and maintain long-term relationships
  • Handle proposals, tenders, and commercial submissions
  • Prepare business plans and continuity plans
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Build relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders
  • Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and marketing teams
  • Achieve sales targets and support revenue growth initiatives
  • Track KPIs, pipeline performance, and business reports
  • Support company expansion and market presence in KSA

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors degree in Business / Marketing / Construction Management
  • Minimum 7+ years of Business Development or Sales experience
  • Must have construction industry experience
  • Strong KSA market exposure is mandatory
  • Proven track record in sales target achievement & revenue growth
  • Excellent proposal, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Hands-on experience in CRM and ERP systems
