Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities in the Saudi construction and building materials market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and partners.
• Lead negotiations and secure commercial contracts and deals.
• Manage agencies and external partnerships.
• Conduct market analysis to support growth strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Background: Preferably a Civil Engineer with experience in the construction and building materials sector.
• Experience: 3–5 years in business development.
• Focus: Strong experience in contracts and commercial deals.
• Market: Knowledge and direct experience in the Saudi market.
• Partnerships: Experience in managing agencies and building external relationships.
• Language: Must be fluent in Arabic and English.
