Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs to offer tailored Fashion and hospitality solutions.
  • Develop and execute innovative business development strategies aligned with the company's luxury and fashion sector goals, focusing on revenue growth.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the luxury market.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns targeted towards affluent consumers, focusing on digital and experiential strategies.
  • Drive the expansion of the company's product portfolio within the luxury and fashion sectors, identifying new Customers and collaborations.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential new markets for Fashion and hospitality services and retail.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., operations, marketing) to ensure seamless execution of events and services.
  • Manage and update the CRM system with accurate client information and sales activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury market, including consumer behavior, trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; experience with luxury-specific platforms is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional language proficiency, such as Mandarin or French, is highly desirable.
  • Candidates with a strong network of contacts within the luxury and fashion industries are preferred.
  • Demonstrates 1-3 years of proven sales experience within the hospitality industry, targeting hotels or event venues.
  • Exhibits fluency in English; additional language proficiency (e.g., Spanish, French) is a plus.
  • Shows strong understanding of sales principles, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing techniques.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exhibits strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to handle complex sales situations.
