Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in maintenance services (e.g., facility, fleet, or equipment maintenance) to drive revenue growth.

  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders to secure long-term service contracts.

  3. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements tailored to client requirements.

  4. Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives and profitability targets.

  5. Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.

  6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to adjust business strategies accordingly.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in business development or sales, preferably in a competitive industry.

  • Proven track record of successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets, demonstrating strong negotiation skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools to track progress and optimize sales strategies.
