Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Business Development Manager fluent in Portuguese and/or Spanish to grow Bamboo Card s footprint in loyalty, rewards, telco, and gaming sectors across Latin America and Iberia. The role requires strategic outreach, enterprise client management, and commercial execution. Role can be based in LATAM.

  • Source and pursue business opportunities across loyalty, rewards, telco, and gaming sectors.
  • Build strong relationships with distributors and enterprise clients in Portuguese- and Spanish-speaking regions.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals aligned with revenue goals.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and client insight studies to inform strategies.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to implement campaigns and co-op promotions.
  • Manage CRM pipeline, track KPIs, and report on sales and business performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

5+ years in B2B business development, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships.

Fluency in Portuguese is mandatory, with the ability to work in Portuguese in client-facing, commercial discussions.

Spanish fluency is a strong advantage, especially for managing broader Latin American and Iberian markets.

Strong English proficiency for internal collaboration and global coordination.

Experience in strong loyalty programs, rewards, telco, or gaming industries.

Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and analytical skills.

Familiarity with strong CRM tools, API-based solutions, or digital distribution platforms.

Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple markets independently.
