What we’re looking for: Business Development Manager (BDM) Projects.

What you will own and do:

• Identify and target new business opportunities within the interior design, construction, real estate, and hospitality sectors.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, consultants, and procurement heads.

• Manage end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to contract closure.

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demos for clients and consultants.

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate with internal teams (design, production, and installation) to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and new product opportunities.

• Represent the company at industry exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for senior management.


Desired Candidate Profile

What you will bring to us:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development or project sales in the window blinds, fit-out, or interiors industry in the UAE.
  • Proven track record in handling large-scale commercial or residential projects.
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Strong network within construction, interior design, or real estate industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • Experience working with developers, consultants, and contractors in the UAE.
  • Knowledge of window blinds products, shading systems, or soft furnishings is an advantage.
  • Arabic language skills (preferred but not required).

Qualifications:

  • Graduation in any field / Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
