Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:
-
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for retail mortgage products.
-
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the sales pipeline.
-
Engage in direct sales of home loans and mortgages to prospective clients.
-
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Collaboration and Reporting:
-
Collaborate closely with sales leaders to align on strategies and share insights.
-
Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities and performance metrics.

Customer Service and Compliance:
-
Maintain high standards of customer service to foster client satisfaction and loyalty.

Ensure compliance with all relevant rules and policies, maintaining a low ratio of discrepancies.

Skills and Experience:

Proficiency in Arabic is essential

Strong ability to identify, develop, and close sales opportunities.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with new effectively and existing clients.

Ability to work independently and as part of a mobile sales team.

A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Desired Candidate Profile
A Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in direct sales of home loans and mortgages.
- Demonstrated banking experience, either locally or internationally, for at least 1 year.
- Proven sales experience with the ability to meet consistently and exceed targets.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
