Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with retailers, distributors, and influencers to expand brand presence and market reach.
Daily field visits to Skin clinics for product promotion and business development.
Develop and execute innovative business development strategies aligned with skincare market trends to drive revenue growth and market share.
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
Lead the negotiation of contracts and agreements with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the skincare or beauty industry.
Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth and achieving business development targets.
Strong understanding of the skincare market, including trends, competitors, and consumer behavior.
