Communication and delivery arrangements with Q Company

Implement schedule and policy changes.

Provisioning of vehicles on the right time to the customers and timely delivery of containers.

Overall supervision of transport movement and coordination with Seaport Office, Container Yard, W/H and Transport Supervisors.

Monitoring the vehicle movement and ensuring early return of trailers after off-loading the containers.

Arrangement of outside trailers to meet emergency requirement.

Monitoring of GPS.

Monitoring of vehicle damages , negligence from the part of drivers and traffic fines

Timely checking and submission of drivers trip allowances.

Monitoring of all jobs and its invoices.

Manage and monitor the company’s fleet to ensure optimal utilization.

Plan and coordinate daily transport operations, routes, and schedules.

Ensure timely delivery of goods while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Monitor vehicle maintenance, servicing schedules, fuel consumption, and repairs.

Maintain records of vehicle inspections, permits, and insurance.

Ensure compliance with local transport regulations and company policies.

Optimize fleet costs and improve operational efficiency.
