Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities
  • Identifying potential clients and building relationships with them through networking, cold calling, and other means.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Creating and implementing strategic plans to increase sales, revenue, and profitability.
  • Developing proposals and presentations for new business opportunities and pitching them to potential clients.
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial relationships.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field is typically required. An MBA or other advanced degree may be preferred.
  • A minimum of 0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing is typically required. Experience in the relevant industry or market is also preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • The ability to adapt to changing market conditions and industry trends is essential for success in this role.
  • A BDO must be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and collaborate with internal departments to achieve company goals.
