Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets
Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitors, and client needs
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital platforms
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and business presentations
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, procurement, finance) to support project execution
Follow up on leads and convert them into successful business deals
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
Attend meetings, exhibitions, and industry events to promote company services
Support contract negotiations and closing deals
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
Experience in MRO / maintenance / industrial / defense sector is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent networking and relationship-building ability
Commercial awareness and business acumen
Ability to prepare professional proposals and presentations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
