Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking to drive company growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to prospective clients' needs and expectations.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to inform strategic planning and adjust business development strategies accordingly.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives.
  • Certification in sales methodologies or business development frameworks, such as SPIN Selling or Sandler Training, is desirable.
