Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
What you'll be doing:
- Drive outbound prospecting into large enterprise accounts within the DACH market.
- Research, identify, and engage with C-level and senior decision-makers (CIO, Head of IT, Head of Digital, Procurement, Operations, etc.).
- Execute multi-channel outreach strategies (phone, LinkedIn, email, events).
- Own a tailored account list and manage/nurture prospects.
- Qualify prospects against Sana s enterprise sales criteria (intent, ERP readiness, project timelines, digital transformation drivers).
- Schedule discovery calls and meetings for Account Executives, ensuring a smooth handover and detailed CRM notes.
- Track all activities and maintain data accuracy in CRM
Desired Candidate Profile
What you'll bring:
- Language: Native or near-native German and fluent English.
- Experience: 2+ years of BDR/SDR/Inside Sales experience in enterprise SaaS
- Proven success in outbound enterprise prospecting (comfortable engaging with C-suite decision-makers).
- Strong understanding of the DACH enterprise landscape manufacturing, distribution, and wholesale verticals is a plus.
- Skilled in modern sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, etc.)
- Consultative communication style.
- Self-driven, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international hub environment.
