Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential companies in Lebanon that can benefit from Odoo ERP solutions.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, social media, and on-ground visits.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Understand market needs, competitors, and industry trends in Lebanon.

Sales & Client Engagement

  • Present Odoo solutions to potential clients (online or in-person).
  • Understand client business processes and propose suitable Odoo modules and services.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and basic project scopes in coordination with the technical team.
  • Follow up on leads and negotiations to close deals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with clients, partners, and decision-makers.
  • Act as the main point of contact during the pre-sales phase.
  • Ensure smooth handover of signed projects to the implementation team.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain accurate CRM records (leads, opportunities, deals).
  • Provide regular sales and pipeline reports to management.
  • Coordinate closely with marketing and technical teams.

Requirements

Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or BDR (ERP, software, or B2B services preferred).
  • Previous experience in selling ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a significant plus.
  • Strong understanding of the Lebanese business market.
  • Experience selling ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Must possess a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license for field visits and client meetings.

Technical & Language Skills

  • Basic understanding of ERP concepts (CRM, Accounting, Inventory, HR, Manufacturing, etc.).
  • Arabic: Fluent (spoken and written).
  • English: Good working proficiency (reading and communication).
