Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
MADAREK Group is looking for a Business Development & Sales Specialist to support the company s growth in the private residential and high-end projects sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, consultants, developers, and partners
- Generate leads for private residential, villa, and selected commercial and retail projects
- Attend meetings and follow up on business opportunities
- Coordinate with the design and execution teams to convert opportunities into awarded projects
- Support the company s business growth and market presence
Requirements:
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Previous experience in business development, sales, real estate, construction, interiors, or related fields
- Presentable personality with professional client-handling skills
- Ability to identify opportunities and convert them into business
- Understanding of the design and construction industry is a plus
