Roles & Responsibilities

MADAREK Group is looking for a Business Development & Sales Specialist to support the company s growth in the private residential and high-end projects sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, consultants, developers, and partners
  • Generate leads for private residential, villa, and selected commercial and retail projects
  • Attend meetings and follow up on business opportunities
  • Coordinate with the design and execution teams to convert opportunities into awarded projects
  • Support the company s business growth and market presence

Requirements:

  • Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
  • Previous experience in business development, sales, real estate, construction, interiors, or related fields
  • Presentable personality with professional client-handling skills
  • Ability to identify opportunities and convert them into business
  • Understanding of the design and construction industry is a plus
