Roles & Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities for interior fit-out, renovation, civil modification, and turnkey projects

  • Identify and approach potential clients including office owners, retail shops, restaurants, villas, property management companies, consultants, and contractors

  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and project discussions to understand client requirements

  • Coordinate with estimation and design teams for quotations, proposals, and project submissions

  • Follow up with clients and consultants to convert inquiries into confirmed projects

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and long-term business

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Maintain proper records of leads, meetings, quotations, and project progress

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming fit-out opportunities in the UAE

  • Represent the company professionally during presentations, meetings, and sales negotiations

Fit-Out Sales Executive Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities for interior fit-out, renovation, civil modification, and turnkey projects

  • Identify and approach potential clients including office owners, retail shops, restaurants, villas, property management companies, consultants, and contractors

  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and project discussions to understand client requirements

  • Coordinate with estimation and design teams for quotations, proposals, and project submissions

  • Follow up with clients and consultants to convert inquiries into confirmed projects

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and long-term business

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Maintain proper records of leads, meetings, quotations, and project progress

Requirements

  • Proven experience in fit-out, interior, renovation, or construction sales within the UAE

  • Strong ability to generate leads and secure projects independently

  • Good understanding of fit-out works, interior finishing, civil works, and project execution processes

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client handling skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets

  • Strong networking and business development capabilities

  • Valid UAE driving license

  • Familiarity with UAE fit-out market, contractors, consultants, and property sector is an advantage

  • Self-motivated, organized, and result-oriented personality
