Roles & Responsibilities
Our Client is an established dynamic group of businesses that serves its customers with a variety of high quality products and services.
Job Description:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth across of client pastry retail branches.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, suppliers, and key stakeholders to expand the company s market presence.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic business decisions and identify emerging trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients and partners.
• Negotiate contracts, agreements, and terms with external parties to secure advantageous deals for the company.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to management.
• Support the launch of new products, services, and branch openings by coordinating with marketing and operations teams.
• Ensure all business development activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the retail or food industry.
• Strong understanding of the chocolate, pastry, or food retail market .
• Demonstrated ability to identify, evaluate, and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Willingness to travel locally for meetings, events, and branch visits as required.
