Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development plans aligned with company strategy and sales objectives.
  • Expand and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders (contractors, consultants, developers, government entities, suppliers, and partners).
  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and convert them into viable business deals.
  • Manage relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Represent the company professionally in meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Align business development efforts with marketing to ensure consistent market positioning.
  • Support the development of technical and commercial proposals based on client needs.
  • Strengthen the companys market image and product positioning.
  • Coordinate internally to support growth and business expansion.
  • Achieve assigned sales and growth targets within company guidelines.

Duties

  • Identify and approach potential clients and maintain ongoing communication.
  • Track projects, tenders, and opportunities relevant to the companys products.
  • Prepare and submit commercial proposals in coordination with technical teams.
  • Organize and manage client meetings and visits.
  • Coordinate company participation in exhibitions, including booth preparation and materials.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop sales-support materials.
  • Manage client-related arrangements such as meetings, hospitality, and corporate gifts.
  • Maintain and update client records and relationship data.
  • Prepare periodic reports on market status, opportunities, and activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (production, finance, logistics) to meet client needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

A sales professional with technical expertise in infrastructure materials, specifically FRP and GFRP. Holds an engineering qualification combined with extensive experience in engineering applications.
