Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue potential business opportunities aligned with the company s growth strategy.
  • Conduct market research and trend analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Use data analytics tools to extract actionable business insights.
  • Build performance dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align business objectives.
  • Engage with clients to strengthen business relationships and support retention.
  • Recommend process improvements to drive efficiency and continuous growth.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or related roles.
  • Strong command of English (spoken and written).
  • Analytical mindset with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Excel is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven with problem-solving ability.
