Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a results-driven individual to lead and scale a high-performing telesales team. This role focuses on driving customer retention, generating qualified leads, and converting prospects into sales through structured processes, data-driven automation, and team empowerment.
Role Purpose
Lead the setup, management, and optimization of a telesales operation that consistently achieves budget targets, maximizes lead conversion, and ensures high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Business Unit Setup Build and structure a telesales division with clear roles, workflows, and performance frameworks.
Develop operational processes for data intake, lead qualification, and sales conversion.
Define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to track productivity, ROI, and performance.
Data & Lead Management
Maintain a continuous data funnel through partnerships and campaigns to acquire fresh leads.
Oversee data cleaning, enrichment, and qualification processes.
Implement systems for lead tracking, scheduling, and follow-up based on customer lifecycle patterns.
Lead Generation & Automation
Manage lead generation agents responsible for outbound calls and prospect validation.
Automate lead scoring, segmentation, and pipeline movement to optimize efficiency.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection regulations in all outreach activities.
Telesales Operations
Develop call scripts, objection-handling frameworks, and tailored sales sequences.
Manage telesales agents to ensure consistent conversion of qualified leads.
Drive team performance through coaching, daily huddles, and ongoing training programs.
Performance & Reporting
Analyze conversion metrics, agent productivity, and campaign effectiveness.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations for process or technology improvements.
Candidate Profile
Education & Certification Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field.
Certification in telesales management or CRM systems is a plus.
Experience
5–7+ years in telesales management, preferably in insurance, financial services, or related sectors.
Proven track record of building or managing a successful telesales operation.
Deep understanding of lead generation, CRM automation, and outbound telesales processes.
Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and team development abilities.
Proficient in CRM and telesales platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or equivalent).
Analytical mindset with experience leveraging dashboards, metrics, and KPIs.
Excellent communication, coaching, and motivational skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Lead-to-sale conversion rate improvements.
Cost per acquisition and agent productivity benchmarks.
